Allergens and reactions

Every allergen tracked. Every reaction in context.

Keep track of each of the UK’s 14 common allergens: which have been introduced, which are part of their regular diet and which are due again, with a gentle heads-up when a meal includes one for the first time.

Notice a rash? Log it in seconds, with symptoms, severity and notes. Niblet looks back at what was eaten in the 48 hours before and highlights the foods that keep coming up, so you have something clear to talk through with your GP or health visitor.

Niblet doesn’t diagnose allergies. If you’re worried, speak to your GP. In an emergency, call 999.

Nutrition

Balanced across the week, not every meal.

Babies don’t need a perfect plate every time. Niblet looks at key nutrients like iron, protein and vitamin C, and at food groups, over 7 or 14 days, then offers up to three ideas for tomorrow, built around foods your baby already enjoys.

How to serve it

The right cut for every age.

Every food shows how to prepare it for your baby’s age right now, from a cucumber “half boat” at six months to small pieces at one. Simple drawings, clear steps, choking watch-outs and a link to the NHS first-aid guide.

Always stay close, with your baby sitting upright while they eat. The app flags foods that need extra care.
