Your membership

How much is it?

Join before 1 January 2027 for the founding price of £1 a month or £10 a year, and keep that price for as long as you stay a member. After that, Niblet is £1.99 a month or £19.99 a year. Each parent or carer has their own membership. There’s no free trial.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Memberships are handled by Apple. In Niblet, go to More › Membership › Manage or cancel in the App Store. Or, on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Niblet. You keep your membership until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What happens if my membership ends?

Your diary stays safe and you can still look back at everything. To add new meals, foods or recipes, choose a plan again in More › Membership.

Can I get a refund?

Apple takes payments and handles refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something’s gone wrong, email us too and we’ll help.

I’ve got a new phone and my membership is missing

Sign in to the same Niblet account, then go to More › Membership and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you paid with.

I can’t sign in

If you joined with Sign in with Apple, use the same button again. If you’ve forgotten your password, email us from the address on your account and we’ll help you get back in.

How do I share the diary with my partner?

Go to More › Family sharing and tap Share invite code. Your partner or carer downloads Niblet and enters the code when they set it up. You’ll both see and add to the same diary. Only invite people you trust: they’ll see reactions and allergy notes too.

How do I mark a food my baby is allergic to?

Open Progress › Allergens, tap the allergen, then tap the button at the bottom of its section. Niblet will hide recipes that contain it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to More › Account and tap Delete my account. This deletes your account straight away. Shared diaries stay for the other people in your family; when the last person leaves, the diary is deleted too. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your membership, so cancel it with Apple as well.

Can I get a copy of my information?

Yes. Email us and we’ll send it to you within one month. Read more in our privacy policy.
